COMMENTARY ON THIS PIANO:

A.  Tone: gorgeous.  Very full, rich Kawai sound.  Strong bass, pure treble.  It tunes up very nicely-pure, ringing unisons, excellent sustain.
B.  Touch: The regulation of the action is just where it is supposed to be.  Proper key dip, striking distance, let-off, and more.  Very satisfying and consistent tone.  All action screws tightened, ensuring quiet and efficient action function.
C.  The musician in me: this is a truly high-quality instrument.  This upright is better, musically-speaking, than many grand pianos.  I love to play this piano.
D.  Feature: center pedal functions as a mute, enabling you to significantly soften the volume.
