II. COMMENTARY ON THIS PIANO:
A. Appearance: this is a beautiful instrument. It appears to be brand new. Excellent condition.
B. Tone: gorgeous. Very full, rich, and bright Yamaha sound. Strong bass, pure treble. It tunes up very nicely-pure, ringing unisons.
C. Touch: The regulation of the action is just where it is supposed to be. Proper key dip, striking distance, let-off, and more. Very satisfying and consistent tone. All action screws tightened, ensuring quiet and efficient action function.
D. The musician in me: the G3 pulls the music out of me. I love Yamaha touch, tone, the whole package.
E. The piano technician in me: when I work on this piano, its like how working on a Ferrari must feel to a mechanic.

A. Reasonable Pricing: As a one-man/family operation, my overhead is very low. I pass that on to the customer, as my prices attest. You don’t pay for retail space, staff or sales people, store utilities, or big-budget marketing.

1. I spend many, many hours repairing where needed, regulating where needed, and cleaning where needed every piano I sell.
2. The vast majority of used pianos on ksl haven’t been seen by a professional for at least a year or two, often more than ten years. They usually require an extensive amount of costly work: repair, tuning, regulation, cleaning, replacement of worn or missing parts. This is already done on my pianos.
C. Delivery: I deliver my pianos to Salt Lake and Utah Counties at no extra charge. (ground floor only, please.)
D. Bench: My pianos include a durable, high-quality bench with a music compartment.
E. Tuned: My pianos come tuned to A-440, the international standard pitch.
F. Clean: My pianos are immaculately clean. Where needed, all wood & metal-inside & out-has been vacuumed, blown, & oiled to perfection.
G. Warranty: I guarantee my pianos against sticking keys, squeaky pedals or action, or any other similar issues for a full year in Salt lake and Utah counties. Should any problems occur, I will be out asap to correct the issue.
